What Do I Ask Before Supporting New Legislation?

Every new piece of legislation introduced for a vote needs the following questions asked:

-Who does it help?

-Who does it hurt?

-Why do we need it?

-What will it cost?

-Will/Do the majority of constituents from the district support it?

One of the best parts of independent representation is that every decision doesnt have to be looked at thru the filters of a Right or Left leaning lens.
